Marine animal observation takes place in their natural habitat, which means we cannot guarantee their presence at a specific location at a given time. However, thanks to our 30 years of experience in observing dolphins and cetaceans in the Mediterranean, as well as the use of aerial spotting with an ultralight aircraft, we have always been able to spot marine animals during our sea outings.

Our excursions offer the opportunity to observe dolphins, whales, fin whales, and pilot whales, as well as to swim with sea turtles, Mobula rays, and sunfish. The rich marine biodiversity of the Mediterranean provides breathtaking spectacles, where we may be surrounded by playful dolphin pods or catch a glimpse of a majestic whale surfacing to breathe.

The safety and comfort of our passengers are our absolute priority. If weather conditions are not favourable (strong winds, rough seas, persistent rain), we will make the decision to postpone the trip to a later date, notifying you at least the morning before the scheduled departure.

We will contact you in advance to suggest a new date so that you can enjoy a whale and dolphin watching experience in optimal conditions. If you are unable to attend on the proposed date, your trip will be rescheduled for another date, depending on your availability and our schedule.

The souvenir video will be sent a few days after your outing.

It all depends on how much time you want to spend at sea... and your thirst for adventure!

- The half-day is from 8:00 AM to 12:30-1:00 PM.

You leave in the morning to observe dolphins, whales, and swim with marine animals. This experience includes unlimited soft drinks as well as equipment (masks, shorty wetsuits, etc.).

- The full day offers you a true sea immersion, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ideal for exploring and especially taking the time to observe and swim with marine animals.

Breakfast, lunch, soft drinks, and snacks will be available throughout your escape.

Aerial scouting with our microlight aircraft is available for both the half-day and the full-day experiences.

Children are welcome from the age of 6, accompanied by an adult. From the age of 12, a child may participate alone on board. Parental consent may be required.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that you may need to change your plans. In this case, the conditions for rescheduling depend on how far in advance you notify us:

• If you notify us at least 15 days in advance (by post or email), you may reschedule your trip for a later date, subject to your availability and our schedule. Your ticket remains valid and will not be lost.
• For any request made less than 15 days before the scheduled trip, changes of date or postponements will normally not be accepted, as our trips require significant logistical organisation (boat booking, crew, aerial scouting by ULM).

However, in the event of a serious and exceptional unforeseen circumstance (accident, hospitalisation, death of a close relative or a comparable situation), please contact us as soon as possible. Upon presentation of supporting documentation, your ticket may be rescheduled for a later date.

In all cases, if you are ultimately unable to take part in the trip, you also have the option of transferring your place to someone of your choice. Please let us know in advance so that we can change the name on the booking.
