RESERVATION TERMS AND PAYMENT METHODS

Registrations are valid for two seasons (the current year and the following season). The office accepts registrations throughout the year. A registration will only be confirmed after receipt of full payment for the service (payment facilities are available upon request). You can register with an “open ticket” (meaning with a date to be set later) or with a set date, according to our schedule. If you already have an “open ticket,” after consulting our schedule, you must request an appointment date by email or phone. You can only consider the appointment confirmed once we send you a confirmation email (please check your spam folder in your inbox). We accept all payment methods (online payment, check, bank transfer, credit card, and cash only at the office). For swimming, we recommend online payment to book directly on our website, with or without a set date, as the schedule can change very quickly. For fishing, online payment is not possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Outings may be postponed due to bad weather or technical issues. For this reason, we will contact you the morning before the outing by phone (SMS or Calls) as soon as we have received the latest updated weather reports. If the weather conditions are unfavorable, the outing will be postponed (depending on our mutual availability, we may reschedule for the next day). If the new dates do not work for the participants, the reservation will be converted into a voucher valid for 2 years (the year of subscription + 1 year). The company SAS DTO will not be held responsible for any cancellations due to weather or technical issues, or any consequences on costs incurred for reservations made for air, train, or accommodation bookings (please ensure your tickets are changeable or refundable). We advise you to remain flexible with dates (within 2 or 3 days) in case of weather cancellations or lack of participants. We will always do our best to ensure the outing on the chosen date. No refunds will be issued unless in cases of force majeure (accident, death, medical issues with proof). If you wish to cancel your service without a case of force majeure, you may offer your outing to someone else, and we will update the name on your file.

ONLINE PAYMENT ON OUR SITE WITH OR WITHOUT A DATE.

– By check: By mail, in this case, please be sure to include the completed registration form with your check (payable to: SAS DTO). The mailing address is indicated at the top of the registration form. (Please do not send your mail by Registered Mail with Receipt, you may send it by “tracked letter” instead). – By bank transfer: Email the completed registration form along with the transfer receipt. – By credit card: On-site or by phone, directly with the sales manager. – In cash: Only on-site at the office (at the time of registration). Once the outing date is set: – If you wish to change your appointment date, you can do so free of charge up to two times. After that, you will be charged a handling fee of 15 euros. ATTENTION: No cancellation or date change requests will be accepted if they are not made at least 15 days before the outing date, by mail or email. Phone messages or text messages will not be considered. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS ON SITE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
